What does an Ayurveda therapy involve ?

Ayurvedic therapies use a combination of natural medicated herbal oils and healing techniques customised for each individual’s unique body type. Each different therapy seeks to achieve a different result with individual treatments to detoxify, cleanse, beautify, rejuvenate and balance.

Can Ayurveda be integrated along with other systems of Medicine?

Ayurvedic supplements are herbal and natural. Scientific studies looking at drug herb interactions have not reveled any kind of major reactions. Even though most of the ayurvedic supplements can be incorporated with other medical modalities, we advise you to use caution and consult your Ayurveda Physician  before taking Ayurvedic supplements..

Do I need to be vegetarian to under go Ayurveda Treatment ?

Absolutely not. Ayurveda recognizes that each individual is unique and there is no ‘one-size fits all’ approach.

What is the Minimum & Maximum days for Panchakarma ?

It is important to note that a panchakarma procedure is depends on individual health condition Hence, there is no universal package for everybody. But it take a minimum of  8 days and maximum upto 28days.

How often should I undergo Panchakarma/ detox Programme ?

Ideally, it is best to detox your body seasonally, 1- 2 times per year.

Should everyone have to undergo all the Panchakarma procedures?

It is important to notice that a specific, highly individualized Panchakarma protocol is advised for each individual after complete physical examination (Prakriti Analysis) and pulse diagnosis (Nadi Pariksha). So everyone has no need to undergo each and every procedure.

How naturopathy works Wtithout medicines?

In Naturopathy  a range of non-invasive techniques, nutrition &dietary advice. A poor diet stops the body from functioning well and a build-up of toxins can lead to a range of illnesses.

Is it advisable for children?

Yes it is for children above 5yrs.

Is it ok to take naturopathy while continuing other medicines together.

You may continue naturopathy with other medicines which is advised to continue.
